Subaru with high mileage - 200 thousand km +, with large gaps. Oil consumption and ringing when cold and hot. Filled with lubrifilm-mr3. Drove a little more than 50 km - and immediately heard the effect. The ringing went away, fuel consumption in the city fell by 300-400 grams for sure.
