Additive for motor oil: remetallizer

Application:
Designed for restoration without disassembly by metallization of parts of 4-stroke gasoline or diesel engines with a cylinder capacity of 2 to 4 liters, which have covered 50 to 150 thousand km .

ATTENTION!
Do not use Metalyz 6 for 2-stroke engines.
Remetallizer additives are not able to restore a burst ring or burnt valve! Lubrifilm® will not help if the valve stem seals are “hardened”.

Effect:
Temporarily (effective period of 10,000 km) eliminates the effects of engine wear. By compensating for crankshaft liner wear, Metalyz 6 restores oil pressure (provided that the oil channels are clean and the oil pump is in good working order).
The result of Metalyz 6 is a significant smoothing of the surface micro-roughness, the elimination of micro-cracks and scuffs and, as a result, the restoration of nominal compression, and therefore all the main parameters of the car, such as power, oil consumption* and fuel. (*- oil consumption is restored if the oil scraper rings and caps are in good condition).

Remetallizer is a special chemical compound added to motor oil, which consists of extremely small particles of copper, silver and lead alloy.

Dosage:
one 155 ml bottle is enough to treat an engine with a cylinder capacity of 4 to 6 liters.

* It is desirable that the volume of Lubrifilm® does not exceed 5% of the oil volume. If a larger dose of the product is required at the first treatment, use Lubrifilm® MX, MR3 additive concentrates, which must be pre-diluted in oil.

Instructions for use:
Change the oil and oil filter. Warm up the engine. Pour in the required amount of the product (see dosage table). Let the engine run for at least 30 minutes. Do not drain the oil with the product for at least 5,000 km! The product's shelf life is 10,000 km.

If the initial oil consumption is high, in order to prevent the product from being wasted, divide the contents of the bottle into 2 parts and fill as follows: half when changing the oil, the second half after 500 km of running.

A special stabilizer prevents metal particles from settling, which ensures their uniform distribution in the oil. Moving inside the engine together with the oil and freely passing through the filter, Lubrifilm® particles rush to areas of increased loads - that is, where the greatest friction is observed, and therefore wear. Under the influence of temperature and pressure, metal microparticles are rubbed into deformed areas of the cylinder walls, crankshaft liners, engine bearings. Lead penetrates into microcracks, copper prevents wear, and silver prevents oxidation. As a result, after just a few hundred kilometers, the gaps in the cylinders are normalized, compression is equalized, oil pressure increases, and fuel combustion is improved.

By 5 thousand kilometers, the increase in compression reaches its maximum , approaching the values ​​​​set for this type of engine by the manufacturer and, what is no less important, equalizes the compression in all cylinders.

The residues of the preparation are in a free state in the oil and serve for the constant renewal of the created layer during its inevitable wear during operation of 5'000-10'000 km.

The further behavior of the preparation directly depends on the correctness of the selected dose. If the dose is chosen incorrectly (there is not enough powder), then by the time the oil is changed, the effect may be significantly reduced or, in the worst case, quickly disappear. With the correct dosage, the drop in effect from 5'000 to 10'000 km is insignificant and does not exceed 10-12%.

More than 10'000 km: to maintain the duration of the effect, it is necessary to add additional preparation with each subsequent oil change, based on the engine volume, but without taking into account the specific mileage of the car, i.e. for low mileage, Lubrifilm® also works as an anti-wear agent, preventing metal abrasion.
