Engine oil additive: remetallizer

Application:
Designed for restoration without disassembly by metallization of parts of 4-stroke gasoline or diesel engines with 10 thousand and over 150 thousand km.

ATTENTION!
Remetallizer additives cannot restore a cracked ring or a burnt-out valve! Lubrifilm® will not help if the valve stem seals are “hardened”.

Action:
restores compression to a value corresponding to the compression of a new engine. If possible, measure the compression before and after using Lubrifilm.

Remetallizer is a special chemical composition added to engine oil, which consists of particularly small particles of copper, silver and lead alloy.

Dosage:
In case of high initial oil consumption, in order to prevent the product from burning off, use it in two parts (see dosage table). If there is no oil burnout, combine the volume of the 1st and 2nd parts, dilute the product in engine oil and pour in once.

* the volume of the 2nd part of MX (MR3) is poured in after 300 km .
** the volume of the 2nd part of MX (MR3) is poured in after 500 km .

Instructions for use:
1. Pour in fresh oil, without adding 1-2 liters to the working volume. Change the oil filter.
2. Mix 1-2 liters of engine oil with Lubrifilm MX (MR3) according to the dosages (see the dosage table: first treatment) in a glass or plastic container (not metal!).
3. Warm up the engine to operating temperature.
4. Turn off the engine and pour the resulting mixture into the oil filler neck.
5. If the engine has a centrifuge, turn it off or remove it for a period of 1000 km.
6. Run the engine at idle speed for 20-30 min. or drive 30 km.
7. At the next oil change, add Lubrifilm MX (MR3) based on the engine volume, but without taking into account the mileage (see the dosage table: subsequent treatments).

IMPORTANT:
Do not drain the oil with the product 5'000 km! The product is effective for 10'000 km.

Detailed description

A special stabilizer prevents metal particles from settling, which ensures their uniform distribution in the oil. Moving inside the engine together with the oil and freely passing through the filter, Lubrifilm® particles rush to areas of increased loads - that is, where the greatest friction is observed, and therefore wear. Under the influence of temperature and pressure, metal microparticles are rubbed into deformed areas of the cylinder walls, crankshaft liners, engine bearings. Lead penetrates into microcracks, copper prevents wear, and silver prevents oxidation. As a result, after just a few hundred kilometers, the gaps in the cylinders are normalized, compression is equalized, oil pressure increases, and fuel combustion is improved.

By 5 thousand kilometers, the increase in compression reaches its maximum , approaching the values ​​​​set for this type of engine by the manufacturer and, what is no less important, equalizes the compression in all cylinders.

The residues of the preparation are in a free state in the oil and serve for the constant renewal of the created layer during its inevitable wear during operation of 5'000-10'000 km.

The further behavior of the preparation directly depends on the correctness of the selected dose. If the dose is chosen incorrectly (there is not enough powder), then by the time the oil is changed, the effect may be significantly reduced or, in the worst case, quickly disappear. With the correct dosage, the drop in effect from 5'000 to 10'000 km is insignificant and does not exceed 10-12%.

More than 10'000 km: to maintain the duration of the effect, it is necessary to add additional preparation with each subsequent oil change, based on the engine volume, but without taking into account the specific mileage of the car, i.e. for low mileage, Lubrifilm® also works as an anti-wear agent, preventing metal abrasion.
