Engine oil additive: remetallizer

Application:
The additive is designed for restoration without disassembling, by metallization of parts of 4-stroke gasoline or diesel engines with a cylinder capacity of 1 to 1.7 liters, which have traveled from 15 to 50 thousand km. It is used to prevent wear of new engines, engines that have undergone major repairs and to maintain the operating parameters of engines previously treated with Lubrifilm Active.

ATTENTION!
Remetallizer additives are not able to restore a cracked ring or a burnt-out valve! Lubrifilm® will not help if the oil scraper caps are “hardened”.

Action:
the result of the remetallizer is a significant smoothing of the micro-roughness of the surface, the elimination of microcracks and scoring and, as a result, the restoration of nominal compression, and therefore all the main parameters of the car, such as power, oil consumption* and fuel. (* - oil consumption is restored if the oil scraper rings and caps are in good condition).

Remetallizer is a special chemical compound added to motor oil, which consists of particularly small particles of copper, silver and lead alloy.

Dosage:
one 200 ml bottle is enough to treat an engine with a cylinder capacity of up to 4 liters. For engines with a cylinder capacity of more than 4 liters, use a double dose of Preventive* remetallizer.

* It is desirable that the volume of Lubrifilm® does not exceed 5% of the oil volume. If a large dose of the preparation is required at one time during the first treatment, use Lubrifilm® MX, MR3 additive concentrates, which must be pre-diluted in oil.

Instructions for use:
Change the oil and oil filter. Warm up the engine to 70-80 ° C. Shake the bottle with the additive. Open the oil filler neck and pour the preparation there. Run the engine for 30 minutes. Use when the car mileage is from 15 to 80 thousand km. With a mileage of more than 80 thousand km, Lubrifilm ACTIVE is required.

A special stabilizer prevents metal particles from settling, which ensures their uniform distribution in the oil. Moving inside the engine together with the oil and freely passing through the filter, Lubrifilm® particles rush to areas of increased loads - that is, where the greatest friction is observed, and therefore wear. Under the influence of temperature and pressure, metal microparticles are rubbed into deformed areas of the cylinder walls, crankshaft liners, engine bearings. Lead penetrates into microcracks, copper prevents wear, and silver prevents oxidation. As a result, after just a few hundred kilometers, the gaps in the cylinders are normalized, compression is equalized, oil pressure increases, and fuel combustion is improved.

By 5 thousand kilometers, the increase in compression reaches its maximum , approaching the values ​​​​set for this type of engine by the manufacturer and, what is no less important, equalizes the compression in all cylinders.

The residues of the preparation are in a free state in the oil and serve for the constant renewal of the created layer during its inevitable wear during operation of 5'000-10'000 km.

The further behavior of the preparation directly depends on the correctness of the selected dose. If the dose is chosen incorrectly (there is not enough powder), then by the time the oil is changed, the effect may be significantly reduced or, in the worst case, quickly disappear. With the correct dosage, the drop in effect from 5'000 to 10'000 km is insignificant and does not exceed 10-12%.

More than 10'000 km: to maintain the duration of the effect, it is necessary to add additional preparation with each subsequent oil change, based on the engine volume, but without taking into account the specific mileage of the car, i.e. for low mileage, Lubrifilm® also works as an anti-wear agent, preventing metal abrasion.
